I tried ordering a few things from burbur.com and almost everything I wanted ended up being out of stock. A couple items even looked available at first but then changed after checkout. Frustrating and just felt like a waste of time.

I ordered two tops from Burbur and the size chart was accurate. I’m usually a medium, so that’s what I went with, and the fit was close overall, just maybe a little loose around the shoulders.
I did get a bit uneasy after paying because I wasn’t totally sure if everything would actually match what was shown, but the sizing turned out better than I expected. It’s not perfect, but definitely better than guessing, so I’d recommend checking the measurements before ordering.

I ordered something from burbur.com but ended up returning it because it wasn’t really what I needed. The refund came through faster than I expected, and support actually replied like a real person instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it. The actual product seems okay so far, but the box showed up crushed and the item was kind of rattling around loose inside. I know shipping can be a mess sometimes, my mail carrier has been tossing packages around like it’s a sport lately, and my porch isn’t exactly helping since it’s always getting cluttered with random deliveries. But still, the packaging felt cheap and not very secure. I was a little disappointed opening it up
